Consumption tax
(5%) is not included in the price.
Roughly speaking , one
tooth is around 320, 000 yen (this is including tax)

Primary operation
Anesthesia： Free. Local anesthesia is included in the
cost of the implanting.
Implants: 150,000 yen one piece
each
Bone transplantation： Only for people who require
it. It is always free.
GTR： Only for people who require
it. In some cases we may require you to cover the cost of the
material. Around 20,000 one piece each.
Secondary
operation
When it is required (treatment of a front tooth
for example). It is always free.
Only in some rare cases
require you to cover the cost of this.
Prothesis treatment

providing this service for free.

tell how will it be in the future, but even in case
we had to charge for this
service it would always cost within and less than 10 000
yen).
*You may be required to cover parts and other
devices expenses if necessary.
Postoperative periodic
examination is necessary in order to have an implant working
in a long term.
In addition, patient's
daily care (cleaning) is important and indispensable.
Please visit the hospital in case you are required
to.
One year warranty includes completely free
re-implanting in case of damage or loosening .
However,
this will not apply when the causes are not responsability of
our surgeons.

As for the
treatment cost, please pay the total amount before the
beginning of the treatment or before it ends.
There is an
extended payment plan for dental treatment as well.
